The Housing Incentives and Funding Resource Guide is the Region's response to the need for more housing initiatives and resources.

The guide outlines incentives and resources that encourage developers and builders to create a mix of housing to meet the needs of current and future residents of Waterloo Region.

The incentives and resources are a combination of programs offered by the Region of Waterloo, the Government of Canada, Province of Ontario, local Municipalities, non-profit agencies and private organizations.
