The Region of Waterloo has agreements with seven community counselling agencies to provide counselling services.

You can have up to eight counselling sessions if you are currently receiving Ontario Works or are in the Ontario Disability Support Program.

Professional counsellors can help you:

  • Feel better about yourself
  • Imrove your quality of life
  • Create opportunities to be all that you can be

Services offered include individual, group, couple and family counselling.

To access counselling services, call any of the agencies listed below and speak with an intake worker.
